Macaron Menu
Throughout my training and work experience, one of the key lessons I learnt is that stunning patisserie is nothing if it does not taste incredible. Macarons are wonderfully delicate and may look simple in appearance but they are so versatile when it comes to flavour combinations, which is why I am so fond of making them.

Ginger & Cacao macaron shells are made using Two Chicks pasteurised egg whites and flavoured with natural flavourings. They are then filled with chocolate ganaches made with a variety of premium chocolates and cocoa powder from Callebaut, Cocoa Barry, Van Houten and Valrhona, as well as delicious fruit purees from LĂ©once Blanc and Boiron.
